Turn a promising technology conversation into a useful, focused implementation.
A proposal for Crystal’s technology advisory and partnership work: select one participating organization and implement PR1SM.AI using its authorized live data—not mock, synthetic or test data.

THREE PROPOSED STARTING POINTS
Choose the work. Agree what better looks like.
These are suggestions for validation, not confirmed problems. Choose one priority—or bring your own most time-consuming workflow.
01 / OPPORTUNITY FOLLOW-THROUGH
Give every promising conversation a clear next step.
Workflow to validate
If client requirements, partner responses and next actions sit in separate records, preparing an opportunity review may take repeated follow-up.
Proposed PR1SM.AI support
Bring an approved opportunity set into a review view with owners, last activity, open questions and overdue next steps. Draft follow-up suggestions for human review.
Establish current weekly review time, percentage of opportunities with an owner and dated next step, and overdue-action rate. Compare the same cohort over an agreed period.
02 / TECHNOLOGY SPEND & RENEWALS
Prepare a clearer client technology review.
Workflow to validate
Where a client assembles supplier invoices, service inventories and renewal dates manually, it may take too long to identify items needing review.
Proposed PR1SM.AI support
Propose a consolidated view of spend, renewal windows and possible invoice or service mismatches, with source references for client validation.
Authorized information needed
One participating client’s approved invoices, contract terms, service inventory and renewal dates; usage records only if available and authorized.
Baseline & measurable outcome
Baseline hours per review, renewal-date coverage and time to resolve flagged discrepancies. Record validated savings only after a client confirms an actual commercial change.
03 / DELIVERY & VALUE REVIEWS
Keep commitments and outcomes visible after the handoff.
Workflow to validate
If agreed outcomes, delivery milestones and open actions are tracked separately, a client review can become a status-gathering exercise.
Proposed PR1SM.AI support
Propose a shared review pack connecting agreed milestones, unresolved actions and outcome measures, with evidence and owners.
Authorized information needed
Approved project scope, milestone dates, action logs, client-approved measures and relevant service reports for one engagement.
Baseline & measurable outcome
Baseline review preparation time, overdue-action age and completeness of outcome evidence. Compare progress with client-validated results, separating time released from cash savings.
IMPLEMENTATION PATH
A focused start. A shared definition of success.
1. Select use cases
Choose one participating organization and priority workflow. Name the owner and establish the baseline.
Configure the agreed workflow. The data contact and workflow owner check coverage, source accuracy and usefulness.
4. Measure results
Compare the agreed measures over a defined period. Review findings together before deciding whether to expand.
Timing depends on approved access, data quality, configuration and validation. Milestones are agreed after assessment.
A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Crystal, let’s earn the next opportunity by making this one useful.
Ajay Patel Founder, PRI Global & PR1SM.AI
Crystal, your work is built on understanding what a client needs and bringing the right people together. That is the kind of relationship I value, and it is how I would like us to approach this opportunity.
Over 40 years working with business, technology and enterprise clients, I have learned that connecting information only matters when it helps someone make a better decision. The next step I believe in is a focused implementation using authorized live data, with a client and workflow we select together.
I would like us to listen first, agree what success looks like and give the people doing the work a practical way to judge the result. Our team can work efficiently around a clear scope, while validating the information with the people who know it best.
Let’s start with something useful, measure it honestly and earn the opportunity to expand. I look forward to exploring what we can build together.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Clear expectations
Practical answers before we agree the first implementation.
What would we implement first?
We suggest choosing one of three workflows: opportunity follow-through, a client technology spend and renewal review, or delivery and value reporting. Crystal and the participating organization can select a higher-priority alternative. Start with one defined record set, an accountable owner, a baseline and agreed success measures.
Will this use our real business data?
Yes. The proposed implementation uses authorized live data, not mock, synthetic or test data. Scope, permissions and the organization entitled to authorize access must be agreed before connection; Crystal’s involvement does not by itself authorize access to a client’s records. This public proposal contains no live client records.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
The intended approach is to work with existing opportunity, supplier and project information where feasible. We first assess available access methods, integration capabilities and source limitations. No particular system or connector is assumed.
What information and access would you need?
Depending on the selected workflow, we would request a minimum necessary subset of opportunity stages and next actions, invoices and renewal dates, or milestones and outcome records. We will agree authorized users, the data owner and an appropriate access method with the participating organization. Do not submit credentials, contracts or confidential records through this public page.
How will confidentiality and access be handled?
Before implementation, we will agree and validate permissions, hosting, data handling, retention and deletion requirements. Client contracts, supplier pricing and commercial opportunities may need separate access boundaries for each organization. Partner visibility and any cross-client reporting require explicit authorization; no certification or security guarantee is implied.
What stays under our team’s control?
Crystal and each participating client retain control of relationship decisions, supplier selection, commercial negotiations and external communications. Their authorized owners approve access and validate recommendations. Sending messages, changing source records, committing spend or sharing information with another partner requires separate authorization.
How long will implementation take, and what will our team need to do?
Timing will be agreed after scope, access options and data quality have been assessed. The participating team will nominate a workflow owner and data contact, confirm definitions and review configured outputs against source records. We then validate the workflow together before measuring results over an agreed period.
How will we know it is working?
We will baseline review preparation time, next-step coverage and overdue actions, or the renewal and delivery measures relevant to the chosen workflow. An agreed comparison period and client review will establish whether outputs are accurate and useful. Time released is reported separately from actual cash savings; neither savings nor ROI is guaranteed.
What will it cost, and what happens if we stop?
Fees and commercial terms will be agreed before implementation based on approved scope. The contracting organization and any partner arrangements must also be confirmed. The agreement will document export options, retention, deletion and applicable exceptions, including responsibilities when a participating client ends access.
What is the next step?
Join a 20-minute working session to select priorities, agree authorized data access and define measurable success. Bring the most time-consuming workflow and the appropriate workflow or data owner. If the starting point is a referred client, include someone authorized to approve that organization’s participation.
